At Hjmeta, we’re committed to delivering your kitchen tools promptly, reliably, and with the care you expect from a premium brand. This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders and deliver them to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
- Order Handling: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, during which we inspect, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
- Free Shipping on orders over $49 USD
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Express Shipping: $9.99
All orders include tracking information once shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination, chosen method, and external factors such as carrier workload and customs clearance. These are estimated timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Typical Delivery Estimates:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 9–20 business days
Please note that these timelines begin once your order has been shipped — production/processing time is separate.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is on the move, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to appear in the carrier’s system after the label is created.
- You can track your package directly with the provided tracking number.
4. International Shipping: Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders shipped outside the United States, shipments are generally sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Hjmeta does not collect or pay these fees at checkout.
- Customs clearance processes may also affect delivery timing. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Multiple Addresses
- We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders.
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses may vary by carrier and destination. Please check available shipping options at checkout.
6. Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates
- Orders can be modified or canceled only before they enter processing. Once your order is being prepared or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
- If you need to update your shipping address or make changes, please contact us immediately at service@hjmeta.com with your order number.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and contents and contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier), we will work with the carrier and replace your order whenever possible.
