Return & Refund Policy – Hjmeta
At Hjmeta, we design kitchen tools meant to be used and trusted every day. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make the return process clear, fair, and simple. Please review the policy below before submitting a return request.
Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before the item has been shipped or entered production.
- Orders canceled before shipment or production receive a full refund
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
- To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@hjmeta.com with your order number
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Returns that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for refund.
Important: Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Always contact our support team first to receive the correct return address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Used kitchen tools and food-contact items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or special-order products
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are charged return shipping at most once
- No restocking fees are charged
- If the return is due to product defect, damage, or fulfillment error, Hjmeta will cover the return shipping
Return Process
To start a return:
- Email service@hjmeta.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will provide the authorized return address and instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider — posting times may vary
- Contact your bank — additional processing delays may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
